If there is one thing I desire, is to live a life without any trace of sin. I desire neither gold nor silver, but to be pure, holy and righteous as the Father. But how could I be pure when I was born into sin and spent all my life in sin? This was why Jesus shed His precious blood for me, not only for me, but for all those who will accept Him, so that our lives which was reprogrammed through sin could be reprogrammed once again through Jesus Christ our Lord. As we walk with the Father in obedience, He will continually reprogram our lives to suit His purpose until the day we breathe our last breath.
Jesus declared in the Book of John 3:3,5 that, ““Unless one is born again, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.” “Unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.”” The Bible says in II Corinthians 5:17 that, “Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; old things have passed away; behold, all things become new.” The Bible says again in the Book of I John 5:5-7 that, “Who is the one who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? This is the One who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and with the blood. It is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth. For there are three that testify: the Spirit and the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement.” Before Adam and Eve sinned, water was given to them for purification of the Spirit. The Spirit needs water to be alive. Blood is life and our blood were contaminated in the Garden in the womb of Eve. But another Life was given to us to purify our blood. If a man drank chemical, the amount of chemical he drank will determine how long it’ll take before his blood could be purified. Water cleanses a dirty garment. A garment cannot be cleansed with only water, but with soap. Some garments, no matter how you cleansed them, they cannot be cleansed properly anymore. Why? Because they were used for too long without cleansing. The blood of Jesus Christ alone can delete all other lives that were attached to our lives through sin.
Therefore, my beloved, let us walk with the Father in obedience. Whatever He asked us to do, let us do it willingly in obedience because our root lies in Him and He is the reason of our existence. Though the adversary lures us every day to cross over to the other side, because our Spirit is alive in Jesus Christ, we’ll not surrender our will. And if we fail to surrender our will to him, he cannot win our soul in the end. Glory to the Father and the Saviour. Amen!
